East Java Becomes One of the Campaigning Places for the Prabowo-Sandi Pair
Prabowo Subianto. prabowo Subianto, former Governor of DKI Jakarta and a vice-presidential candidate in the 2019 Presidential Election, has said focus for campaigning in East Java in the remaining campaign time.
"This is true, we will focus (campaign) in Central Java," said Sandiaga through a written statement on Sunday (12/09/2018).
The former deputy governor of DKI was noted to have campaigned at 818 points starting September 23, 2018 set by the General Election Commission (KPU) as the first day of the 2019 Presidential Election campaign.
Prabowo-Sandi pair wants to focus on the Central Java campaign, because Central Java residents still want to hear fission, the mission number 02 pair.
"Because there (in Central Java) the location is vast and the interest of the people is many," Sandiaga said further.
Sandiaga previously claimed his electability with presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto reached 40 percent.
That number, he said, refers to an internal survey conducted by the National Winning Body (BPN) Prabowo-Sandiaga.
"Thank God we have reached 40 percent. We need to be grateful, but we are still far behind, we are still chasing. "
"We still have 130 days left, we are sure we can capture people's aspirations," Sandiaga said when met in Pesanggarahan area, South Jakarta, Saturday (12/08/2018).
Sandiaga is confident, at the beginning of 2019 that before the electability of the Prabowo-Sandiaga pair will continue to increase.
"We are sure that in the beginning of next year we will continue (increase), if we follow it, it will be from God, but if we work hard, we will try it," said Sandiaga.
The latest survey results from the Indonesian Survey Circle Denny JA (LSI) show the electability of the two presidential-vice presidential candidates who contested the 2019 presidential election did not experience a significant increase or tended to stagnate during the two-month campaign period.
Based on the November 2018 survey results, the electability of the Jokowi-Ma'uf pair was at 53.2 percent and Prabowo-Sandiaga was 31.2 percent.
